We charge 6% MI Sales tax, but no additional pet or cleaning fees.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, check, or money order. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee, except for last-minute
rentals (booked within 2 weeks of arrival).
Cancellation Policy
Written notice is required. Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival receive an 80% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations
within 30 days of arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. If you need different times, please contact us in advance —
we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
Pets
Dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed once we receive both your deposit and signed rental agreement.
