RENTAL FEE - For use of the Property as a vacationing home, Guests shall pay above fees to the Owner, $500 at time of reservation, 50% (less $500) in March and the remaining 50% of fee no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

SMOKING - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

METHOD OF PAYMENT - A guest can pay by Visa, MC, check or money order.  There is a 3% fee for all credit card payments  except for last minute rentals (under 2 weeks).

CANCELLATION POLICY: If the Guest wishes to cancel this Agreement, they must provide written notice to the Owner.

Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Arrival: If the notice is received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, the Guest will be refunded 80% of the amount paid.

Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival: No refunds will be issued if the Guest cancels within 30 days of the arrival date.
